Our Techniques and Programs Offered

MUAY THAI

The national sport of Thailand that is derived from the old military art Muay Boran. It is known as the art of 8 limbs because it involves using the hands, feet, knees and elbows as weapons. This type of conditioning works the entire body because it uses all the joints as a weapon. Known as the best striking martial arts for cage fighters gives a realistic application and brutal effectiveness.

BOXING

Boxing is the sport of attacking and defending with your fists. You also concentrate on footwork and punching combinations to build up stamina. This class will show you proper boxing technique needed for fights and also help burn calories to get in shape.

DAMFIT

Damfit is a challenging Muay Thai class that will increase your understanding of Muay Thai while helping you become mentally and physically stronger. This is the practice of full contact fundamentals and is ideal for the students who are looking to prepare for a fight.

BRAZILIAN JIU JITSU

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is translated to the art of suppleness or flexibility. This style incorporates joint lock, chokes and throws at grappling range. This style is done on the ground and involves wrestling and submission.

KIDS CLASSES

Our kids programs in Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Boxing give kids the hands on experience of martial arts while staying active, working up a sweat and having fun. Some of the many benefits for kids include developing trust, respect, self confidence and focus.

MMA

Mixed Martial Arts is a full-contact sport that will involve styles of judo, Muay Thai, Jiu Jitsu, boxing, kickboxing, and wrestling.  This style is a combination of grappling and striking with standing and ground fighting.  MMA gives fighters the ability to train in multiple styles for a more balanced skill set for competing.

WOMEN'S CARDIO THAI BOXING

This class targets losing weight and toning the body using self defense techniques from Muay Thai in a high energy cardio workout. You will gain more balance, flexibility and endurance all while having fun in a group environment.

WEAPONS DEFENSE

This tactical defense class is used for disarming and restraining armed attackers. Weapons Defense is an ideal class for law enforcement, body guards, high level security, members of the Armed Forces and those interested in enhancing their self defense tactics. This class involves techniques such as arrest, submission and control.
